We mix our education in networking administration and our real life experience in professional environments. In short, we've been trained to do this and we have done this. We take pride in giving small businesses the ability to operate at the same level as larger businesses by embracing open source solutions whenever possible. We believe that businesses should have the ability to get knowledgeable answers quickly and deserve all the same security and capabilities of a large business.

Sean Vincent: Project Coordinator
I have been employed in the technology field for over six years. During that span I have held the title of Helpdesk Technician, Network Administrator, and IT Coordinator. These various job titles have given me insight into multiple areas of technology. So don't let my job title with our company fool you, feel free to ask me technical questions. Chances are good that I can answer those as well. Please feel free to email me or any of my partners with questions you may have. Jeff Whitmore: Systems Administrator
After graduating with a bachelors degree from Morrisville State College in Network Administration, I went on to start my own part time consulting business in Buffalo, NY. During that time I also worked full time at the Arc of Orleans county as a Information Technology Administrator from 2006-2007. Now that I have joined SNS Solutions Inc., I am filling the position of Systems Administrator and serving the Syracuse area of New York. As part of my service at SNS Solutions, I focus on building out-of-the-box network monitoring and notification systems based on open source standards. jwhitmore@sns-solutions.com
